Fantastic day at the Irish Science Teachers Association Senior Science Quiz at TCD today. From over 250 teams originally entered and 43 at the national finals our brilliant team of Amala Chukwu Adams, Sean Okeke and Parsia Jahanzad, backed up by reserve Jonathan Zeleke and coached by Science teacher Anthony Carey emerged at the top of the pile in a very tight final. A brilliant achievement and so well deserved for a team that gave up any amount of lunchtimes to show that with hard work dreams can come true. Good day for Galway Science!
